Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Excel and HeyGen
Microsoft Excel + HeyGen + Google Slides: When a new row is added to a specific table in Microsoft Excel, a video is generated using HeyGen based on the data from that row. Once the video is generated, a new presentation is created in Google Slides, potentially using data or a link from the generated video to accompany the video training material.
HeyGen + Microsoft Excel + Airtable: When a new video event is triggered in HeyGen, its details are retrieved and added as a new row in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. Subsequently, the same video information is used to create a new record in Airtable for tracking and reusable video management.
