Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Excel and WooCommerce (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Excel and WooCommerce

Microsoft Excel + WooCommerce + Slack: When a new row is added to a specific table in Excel indicating low stock, a backorder is created in WooCommerce. A message is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the backorder.

WooCommerce + Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets: When a new order is placed in WooCommerce, the order data is added as a new row in an Excel table. This Excel data is then used to update monthly revenue figures in a Google Sheet.
