In most cases, Microsoft Outlook or Dropbox will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Microsoft Outlook or Dropbox, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft Outlook and Dropbox integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Outlook and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Outlook + Dropbox + Google Drive: When a new email arrives in Outlook with an attachment, the attachment is automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Dropbox and then copied to a specified folder in Google Drive, ensuring redundancy and backup of important email attachments.
Dropbox + Outlook + Slack: When a new file is added to a specified folder in Dropbox, a shared link to the file is created. This link is then sent via Outlook in an email, and a notification including the link is posted to a designated Slack channel, informing the team about the new file.
