Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Outlook and Freshdesk

Microsoft Outlook + Freshdesk + Microsoft Teams: When a new email arrives in Outlook, the flow checks if the subject contains the word 'Urgent'. If it does, a new ticket is created in Freshdesk. Subsequently, a message is sent to a designated channel in Microsoft Teams to notify the support team about the urgent ticket.

Freshdesk + Microsoft Outlook + Slack: Every day, the flow retrieves all new tickets created in Freshdesk. It then compiles a summary of these tickets and sends it to designated managers via Outlook. In addition, a general alert is posted in a Slack channel to inform the team about the new tickets.
