Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring MySQL, Instantly, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the MySQL and Instantly integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MySQL and Instantly (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect MySQL and Instantly
MySQL + Instantly + Slack: When a new lead is added to MySQL, it is automatically added to an Instantly campaign. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the new lead.
Instantly + Google Sheets + MySQL: This automation tracks Instantly campaign performance. When a new lead is created in Instantly, the details are added to a Google Sheet. Upon updating the Google Sheet, the data will be used to automatically update a corresponding row in MySQL with the new metrics.
