Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring NetHunt, Google Meet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the NetHunt and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between NetHunt and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect NetHunt and Google Meet
NetHunt + Google Meet + Slack: When a new or updated record is created in NetHunt, a Google Meet is scheduled. Then, a Slack message is sent to a channel with the Google Meet link.
Google Meet + NetHunt + Google Sheets: When a Google Meet is scheduled (using a trigger that is not available), log the Google Meet details with attendee info fetched from NetHunt to a Google Sheet for attendance tracking. Since the Google Meet trigger isn't available, we'll use a workaround: when a NetHunt record is updated, it fetches details from NetHunt and adds the information to Google Sheets.
