Depending on your setup, data should flow between Odoo and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Odoo and NetSuite

Odoo + NetSuite + QuickBooks: When a new contact is created in Odoo, the automation finds the corresponding customer in QuickBooks. If the customer exists, it updates the customer record; otherwise, it creates a new customer record. Finally, the customer data is updated in NetSuite.

NetSuite + Odoo + Slack: When a new record (specifically, an order) is created in NetSuite, the automation searches for corresponding customer data in Odoo by contact details. If a matching contact is found, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the sales team about the new order.
