Depending on your setup, data should flow between PagerDuty and Hive (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
PagerDuty + Hive + Slack: When a new or updated incident occurs in PagerDuty, a corresponding action is created in Hive to track the resolution. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the team.
Hive + PagerDuty + Microsoft Teams: When a new or updated action is created in Hive, the on-call staff in PagerDuty is notified. An update about the task is then posted to a specified Microsoft Teams channel.
