Most powerful ways to connect PagerDuty and NoCRM
PagerDuty + Slack + NoCRM: When a high-priority incident is created in PagerDuty, a notification is sent to a specific Slack channel. This prompts the sales team using NoCRM to add a tag to the affected lead, indicating a pause in outreach.
NoCRM + PagerDuty + Google Sheets: When a deal is closed in NoCRM, the flow logs the successful deal and any related PagerDuty incidents by finding incidents associated with that client using the NoCRM deal data and then logs them to a Google Sheet for analysis.
