Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Pinecone, NetSuite, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Pinecone and NetSuite integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Pinecone and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Pinecone and NetSuite
NetSuite + Pinecone + Airtable: When new product feedback is logged in NetSuite, customer data and feedback are stored as vectors in Pinecone. Pinecone is then used to generate insights, which are summarized and stored in Airtable.
NetSuite + Pinecone + Slack: When customer data is updated in NetSuite, Pinecone searches for at-risk high-value customers based on this data. If found, a notification is sent to the sales team in Slack to take action.
