Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Podio, Sendy, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Podio and Sendy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Podio and Sendy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Podio and Sendy
Podio + Sendy + Slack: When a new item is created in Podio, the lead's email is added as a subscriber in Sendy, triggering a welcome email. A notification with the lead's details is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Sendy + Podio + Google Sheets: When a subscriber unsubscribes from a list in Sendy, their email address is used to find and update their corresponding entry in Podio. The subscriber's email and unsubscription date are then logged in a Google Sheet.
