Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Postmark and Google AppSheet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Postmark and Google AppSheet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Postmark and Google AppSheet
Postmark + Google AppSheet + Slack: When a new email bounce is detected in Postmark, the automation updates the corresponding record in Google AppSheet to reflect the bounce. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert the team about the bounced email and the AppSheet update.
Google AppSheet + Postmark + Twilio: When a record is updated in Google AppSheet, the automation first attempts to send an SMS message via Twilio. If the Twilio message fails, it sends an email via Postmark to notify the user about the AppSheet update.
