In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a QuestionPro, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, QuestionPro or Google Meet will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find QuestionPro or Google Meet, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Select the QuestionPro node from the app selection panel on the right.

After configuring QuestionPro, Google Meet, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the QuestionPro and Google Meet integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between QuestionPro and Google Meet (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
QuestionPro + Slack + Google Meet: When a new survey response is received in QuestionPro, the flow checks the answers. If a specific answer (e.g., indicating urgent follow-up) is present, a Google Meet call is scheduled and a message is sent to a Slack channel with the meeting details.
Google Meet + QuestionPro + Google Sheets: After a Google Meet session concludes, a survey is automatically sent to the participants via QuestionPro. The responses collected from the survey are then stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for analysis and record-keeping.
