Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Quickbase, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Quickbase and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Quickbase and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Quickbase and Userback

Userback + Quickbase + Slack: When new feedback is submitted in Userback, a new record is created in Quickbase. Then, a notification message containing a link to the Quickbase record is sent to a specified Slack channel to alert the project team.

Userback + Quickbase + Jira: When new feedback is created in Userback, a new record is created in Quickbase, and a linked issue is created in Jira for tracking and resolution.
