Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Airparser, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Airparser integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Airparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Airparser

RingCentral + Airparser + Google Sheets: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, the recording is sent to Airparser to extract call details. The extracted data is then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for analysis.

Airparser + RingCentral + Salesforce: When Airparser processes a new document and extracts contact details, the workflow creates a new lead in Salesforce and schedules a RingCentral call to follow up with the new lead.
