Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Awork, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Awork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Awork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Awork

RingCentral + Awork + Google Calendar: When a RingCentral call ends, a task is created in Awork to follow up on the call. This task is then synced to Google Calendar as an event.

Awork + RingCentral + Slack: When a task's status is updated in Awork, a RingCentral call is initiated with the task's assignee. Once the call connects a Slack message is sent.
