Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Coda, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Coda integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Coda (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Coda

RingCentral + Coda + Slack: When a call is missed in RingCentral, a new row is created or updated in a Coda document to track missed call details. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to alert the team about the missed call.

Coda + RingCentral + Google Calendar: When a new row is added in Coda representing a task, a RingCentral call is generated to remind the assigned team member about the task. A Google Calendar event is also created to schedule the task deadline.
