Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Dropbox (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Dropbox

RingCentral + Dropbox + Google Drive: When a new call recording is available in RingCentral, it is automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Dropbox. Then, the file is copied from Dropbox to a designated folder in Google Drive for backup.

Dropbox + RingCentral + Slack: When a file is modified in a specific Dropbox folder, a message is sent to a RingCentral team channel in Slack, notifying them of the update. The message includes details of the updated file.
