RingCentral + Google Contacts + Slack: When a new missed call occurs in RingCentral, the system checks if the caller's number exists in Google Contacts. If the contact doesn't exist, a new contact is created. Finally, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel notifying the team about the missed call and the contact details.
RingCentral + Google Contacts + Google Sheets: When a call ends in RingCentral, the system retrieves contact information and logs the caller's details, including name and number, into a specified Google Sheet. This provides a centralized record of call activity.
