Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring RingCentral, Grist, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the RingCentral and Grist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between RingCentral and Grist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect RingCentral and Grist

RingCentral + Grist + Slack: When a new missed call is received in RingCentral, a new row is created in a Grist table to track follow-up actions. A Slack notification is then sent to the relevant team to ensure prompt attention to the missed call.

Grist + RingCentral + Twilio: When new customer data is added to a Grist table, RingCentral sends an SMS via Twilio to welcome the new customer. Note: RingCentral is only used as a connection to Twilio in this scenario.
