Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Salesforce and Qwilr integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Salesforce and Qwilr (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Salesforce and Qwilr

Salesforce + Qwilr + Slack: When a deal is updated in Salesforce, a Qwilr proposal is automatically generated using a predefined template. Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the sales team about the new proposal.

Qwilr + PandaDoc + Salesforce: If a Qwilr proposal is accepted, create a contract in PandaDoc from a template and update the corresponding opportunity status in Salesforce to reflect the contract creation.
