Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring SendFox, Jira, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the SendFox and Jira integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SendFox and Jira (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect SendFox and Jira

SendFox + Jira + Slack: When a new contact subscribes in SendFox, a Jira issue is created to onboard them. A Slack message is then sent to the relevant team to notify them of the new subscriber and the created Jira issue.

Jira + Google Sheets + SendFox: When a Jira issue is updated, the update is logged in a Google Sheet. SendFox then sends a summary report of these updates to stakeholders on a recurring basis (manual trigger needed for SendFox campaign, assuming scheduled reporting is outside current capabilities).
