After configuring Sendy, Kintone, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Sendy and Kintone integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Sendy and Kintone (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Sendy and Kintone

Sendy + Kintone + Slack: When a new subscriber is added to Sendy, the subscriber's information is used to create a new record in Kintone. A summary of the new subscriber and the Kintone record created is then sent to a Slack channel.

Kintone + Sendy + Google Sheets: When a record is updated in Kintone, a personalized email campaign is triggered in Sendy using the updated record data. The results of the email campaign (e.g., opens, clicks) are then tracked in a Google Sheet.
