Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Shippo, Userback, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Shippo and Userback integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Shippo and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Shippo and Userback

Shippo + Userback + Slack: When a new shipping label is created in Shippo, a feedback request is created in Userback to gather customer feedback on the delivery experience. A notification is then sent to a Slack channel to alert the support team to the new feedback.

Userback + Shippo + Jira: When new negative feedback is created in Userback, this triggers the creation of a new issue in Jira. The Jira issue includes details from Shippo (if found by Shippo Order ID) to help with investigating the issue and resolving customer complaints.
