Depending on your setup, data should flow between Simplesat and NetSuite (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Simplesat and NetSuite

Simplesat + NetSuite + Slack: When new negative feedback is received in Simplesat, a support ticket is created in NetSuite. The customer success team is notified via Slack with details of the feedback and the new ticket.

NetSuite + Simplesat + Jira: When a support ticket is closed in NetSuite based on the criteria from a saved search, a Simplesat survey is sent to the customer. If the survey results indicate dissatisfaction (using Get Response and comparing its score), a Jira task is created for follow-up.
