Depending on your setup, data should flow between Slack and Help Scout (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Slack and Help Scout

Slack + Help Scout + Google Sheets: When a new message is posted in Slack, this workflow checks if it contains a specific keyword that indicates the need to create a help desk ticket. If so, a new conversation is created in Help Scout. Finally, the details of the request are logged in a Google Sheet for tracking and reporting.

Help Scout + Jira + Slack: When a new conversation is created in Help Scout, the workflow checks if specific tags or criteria are met to determine if it needs escalation. If so, a Jira ticket is created, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel, alerting the relevant team.
