Depending on your setup, data should flow between Softr and Slack bot (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Softr and Slack bot

Softr + Airtable + Slack bot: When a new form is submitted in Softr, the information is used to create a new record in Airtable. The Slack bot then sends a direct message to the submitter confirming their submission and providing a link to their Airtable record.

Slack bot + Google Sheets + Softr: When a user enters a command in Slack, the bot parses the command and updates data in a Google Sheet. The updated data in the Google Sheet then automatically reflects on a Softr dashboard connected to that Google Sheet.
