Most powerful ways to connect SOS Inventory and Atera

SOS Inventory + Atera + Slack: When stock is low based on SOS Inventory parameters (not directly triggered, but implied), a service ticket is created in Atera. Slack notifies a purchasing manager via direct message.

Atera + SOS Inventory + QuickBooks: When a service is completed in Atera, the inventory in SOS Inventory is updated and an invoice is created in QuickBooks. Note that Atera has triggers for new/updated customers and contacts, but not for service completion directly, so we will use the new/updated customer trigger.
