Create a New Scenario to Connect SOS Inventory and Freshdesk

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring SOS Inventory, Freshdesk, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the SOS Inventory and Freshdesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between SOS Inventory and Freshdesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Subsequently, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the team about the low stock issue and the created Freshdesk ticket.
Freshdesk + SOS Inventory + Shopify: When a ticket is updated in Freshdesk with a resolution related to a product issue, find the product in Shopify by the ticket details. After finding it, the corresponding product inventory is updated in SOS Inventory based on the resolution and a Shopify action updates the product stock to reflect the new availability.
