Most powerful ways to connect Acapela Cloud and Salesforce
Acapela Cloud + Salesforce + Slack: When Acapela Cloud generates an audio file (potentially after a user attempts to pronounce a name), this triggers a search in Salesforce for a lead or contact with that name. If found, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel to notify sales reps.
Salesforce + Acapela Cloud + Google Sheets: When a new record (e.g., a call log) is created in Salesforce, Acapela Cloud generates an audio file based on the record's details. The call details from Salesforce, along with the audio analysis results (if available through Acapela Cloud), are then logged in a Google Sheet for reporting.
