Terms and Conditions for Fast Track App Release on Latenode.com

By opting for the Fast Track App Release ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. 1. Service Description

Latenode.com is an integration platform ("Platform") that allows users to connect their applications. The Fast Track App Release is a premium service offered by Latenode.com, where users can pay a fee to prioritize the development and release of specific integrations within our Platform. It is important to note that payment for this Service grants the user a prioritized position in our development queue but does not confer any ownership, intellectual property rights, or exclusive rights to the developed integration. All integrations developed through the Fast Track App Release remain the sole property of Latenode.com.

2. No Rights Granted

Users acknowledge and agree that no intellectual property rights or ownership rights to the developed integration are transferred to the user as a result of the Fast Track App Release Service.
The integration, once developed and released, remains the property of Latenode.com, and users obtain no rights or licenses to the integration other than the right to use it in accordance with the Platform's standard terms of use.

3. Payment and Priority Queue

A payment of $100 is required to access the Service.
This fee places your requested integration into a high-priority queue ("Queue") in our development backlog.
Payment does not guarantee the development or release of the requested integration but merely prioritizes its consideration and potential development over non-priority requests.

4. No Guarantee of Development

Placement in the Queue does not guarantee that the requested integration will be developed or released.
The decision to develop an integration is at the sole discretion of Latenode.com, based on various factors including but not limited to feasibility, demand, and resource availability.

5. Refunds

The fee for the Fast Track App Release is non-refundable except in circumstances where Latenode.com decides, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate (e.g., if Latenode.com discontinues the Service).
We will start working on it within 2 working days and complete the development, testing, and release within 3-8 days. If, for any reason, we can’t deliver the integration within 10 working days, we will refund your payment.

6. Changes to the Service

Latenode.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, without notice, and shall not be liable to any user or third party for any modifications, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information regarding the integration request.
Users agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in a way that is prohibited by these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Latenode.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Latenode.com and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

10. Changes to Terms

Latenode.com reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms as modified.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Latenode.com operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
