Depending on your setup, data should flow between ActiveCampaign and Blue (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect ActiveCampaign and Blue
ActiveCampaign + Blue + Slack: When a new contact is added to a list in ActiveCampaign, a new project is created in Blue, and a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new contact and the created project.
Blue + ActiveCampaign + Google Sheets: When a new project event occurs in Blue, a row is added to a Google Sheet to track the event data. The contact details associated with the event are then synced to ActiveCampaign by creating or updating the contact.
