After configuring AI GPT Router, Zendesk, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the AI GPT Router and Zendesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between AI GPT Router and Zendesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect AI GPT Router and Zendesk
Zendesk + AI GPT Router + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, the AI GPT Router analyzes the ticket content and routes it to a specialized agent. The designated agent is then notified via Slack.
Zendesk + AI GPT Router + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Zendesk, AI GPT Router analyzes the ticket to determine its sentiment and summarize the issues. The sentiment and a summary of the issues are then logged to a Google Sheet to track trends.
