Zendesk + Amazon Redshift + Slack: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the data is sent to Amazon Redshift. If Redshift detects a surge in customer issues (based on a custom SQL query), a message is sent to a Slack channel to alert the support team.
Zendesk + Amazon Redshift + Jira: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the flow checks Redshift for related customer data. If the ticket is escalated (e.g., a specific tag is added), a new Jira issue is created, including the relevant customer information from Redshift in the issue description.
