Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Atera, Airtable, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the Atera and Airtable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and Airtable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Atera and Airtable
Atera + Airtable + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Atera, its details are added as a new record to a specified Airtable base. A Slack message is then sent to a designated channel to notify the team about the new ticket.
Atera + Airtable + Google Sheets: When a ticket is resolved in Atera, the details, including resolution time, are recorded as a new record in Airtable. A weekly report summarizing ticket resolution metrics is then generated in Google Sheets.
