Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Atera and ClickSend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Atera and ClickSend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Atera and ClickSend
Atera + ClickSend + Slack: When a new ticket is created in Atera, an SMS message is sent via ClickSend to the customer, and a notification is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to alert the support team.
ClickSend + Atera + Google Sheets: This workflow monitors for new SMS messages via ClickSend and logs delivery failures in a Google Sheet. If a message fails, the corresponding Atera ticket is updated with a note about the delivery failure. Since ClickSend doesn't have a specific trigger for delivery failures, we're using 'New SMS' as a generic SMS trigger.
