Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bitly and LiveChat integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bitly and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bitly and LiveChat
LiveChat + Bitly + Google Sheets: When a new chat is incoming in LiveChat, a Bitly link is shortened and added to the chat. Every time that shortened link is clicked, the click data is logged in Google Sheets for analysis.
LiveChat + Bitly + Discord bot: When a LiveChat user requests a link, a Bitly link is created. This link is shared in the LiveChat conversation. When the number of clicks on this link reaches a certain threshold, a notification is sent to a Discord channel.
