Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Bitrix24 and JustCall integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bitrix24 and JustCall (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bitrix24 and JustCall
JustCall + Bitrix24 + Slack: When a call is missed in JustCall, the automation finds the corresponding contact in Bitrix24. If the contact exists, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel, notifying about the missed call and including contact information.
JustCall + Bitrix24 + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in JustCall, the automation finds associated data for that contact in Bitrix24 and then adds a new row to a Google Sheet, logging the JustCall contact information alongside the Bitrix24 contact details.
