Depending on your setup, data should flow between Bouncer and BambooHR (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Bouncer and BambooHR
Bouncer + BambooHR + Slack: When Bouncer detects a visitor, the automation checks if the visitor's information exists in BambooHR's employee records. If the visitor is a former employee, a notification is sent to a designated HR channel in Slack.
BambooHR + Google Calendar + Bouncer: When a new event (interview) is created in Google Calendar, the automation checks for corresponding employee data in BambooHR. If a corresponding employee entry is found (presumably the interviewer or interviewee), visitor access is automatically booked in Bouncer for the scheduled interview time and date, allowing seamless access.
