Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Box, Bouncer, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Box and Bouncer integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Box and Bouncer (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Box and Bouncer

Box + Bouncer + Slack: When a new event occurs in Box (e.g., file access), Bouncer verifies the accessing user's location and, if it's from a restricted location, Slack sends a warning message to a designated channel.

Bouncer + Box + Google Sheets: When Bouncer detects suspicious access attempts based on email verification, it logs the details, including the associated Box file information, into a Google Sheet for auditing and analysis.
