Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and Google Dialogflow ES
Businessmap + Google Dialogflow ES + Slack: When a card is moved to the 'Done' column in Businessmap (using Card Events Trigger), Dialogflow detects the intent of completion via the 'Detect Intent' action. Based on the identified intent, a customized message is sent to a designated Slack channel, confirming the task completion.
Google Dialogflow ES + Businessmap + Jira: When a user submits a support request to Dialogflow (detected via 'Detect Intent'), an intent is triggered to create a new card in Businessmap. Simultaneously, a new issue is created in Jira, and the Businessmap card is updated to include a link to the newly created Jira issue (though direct linking is not possible with the available actions). The Jira issue creation is not directly integrated within this flow, due to API limitations; it's assumed to occur through a separate automation or process initiated by Dialogflow's intent handling.
