Most powerful ways to connect Businessmap and VideoAsk
VideoAsk + Businessmap + Slack: When a new reply is submitted in VideoAsk, the flow checks if the response indicates a blocked task in Businessmap. If so, a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
VideoAsk + Businessmap + Google Sheets: This automation logs all VideoAsk responses and their associated Businessmap project details into a Google Sheet. When a new reply is received on VideoAsk, it finds the related Businessmap card and then adds a new row to Google Sheets containing both VideoAsk response data and Businessmap card data for analysis.
