Depending on your setup, data should flow between Captions and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
LiveChat + Captions + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript is sent to Captions. Captions processes the transcript and sends relevant snippets to a Slack channel for review to improve caption accuracy.
LiveChat + Google Sheets + Captions: When a new chat is deactivated on LiveChat, the transcript and timestamp are logged in Google Sheets. Captions then analyzes the data to create captions for key moments in the chat and sends them to Captions.
