Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Caspio, Avaza, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Avaza integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Avaza (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Avaza

Caspio + Avaza + Slack: When a new table event occurs in Caspio (e.g., a new project is created), a corresponding project is automatically created in Avaza. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel to notify the team about the new project in Avaza.

Avaza + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a new event occurs in Avaza, search for matching records in Caspio. Then, add a single row to a Google Sheet to track the relevant data for reporting.
