Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and ClickSend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and ClickSend
Caspio + ClickSend + Twilio: When a new appointment is created in Caspio, a reminder SMS is sent to the client using either ClickSend or Twilio based on user preference or availability of the service.
ClickSend + Caspio + Google Sheets: Whenever an SMS message is sent via ClickSend, the details of the message (recipient, content, timestamp) are logged into a Caspio database. Summary reports are then generated and stored in Google Sheets.
