How to connect Caspio and Lessonspace
Create a New Scenario to Connect Caspio and Lessonspace
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.
Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a Caspio, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, Caspio or Lessonspace will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find Caspio or Lessonspace, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Authenticate Lessonspace
Now, click the Lessonspace node and select the connection option. This can be an OAuth2 connection or an API key, which you can obtain in your Lessonspace settings. Authentication allows you to use Lessonspace through Latenode.

Next, configure the nodes by filling in the required parameters according to your logic. Fields marked with a red asterisk (*) are mandatory.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Caspio, Lessonspace, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Caspio and Lessonspace integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Caspio and Lessonspace (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Caspio and Lessonspace
Caspio + Lessonspace + Zoom: When a new tutoring session is booked in Caspio (New Table Event), a space is created in Lessonspace. Subsequently, a Zoom meeting is created and its details are added to the Lessonspace space.
Lessonspace + Caspio + Google Sheets: When a Lessonspace session is completed (using available actions and triggers would require polling Lessonspace for session details, not possible with the current list), this automation is not feasible, as there is no 'session ended' trigger for Lessonspace. However, data from Caspio can be added to Google Sheets when a new row is added to Google Sheets and then updated later, using the Caspio 'Search Table Records' action to populate the row with related Caspio data.
