Most powerful ways to connect Chatwork and Mixpanel
Chatwork + Google Sheets + Mixpanel: When a new message is sent in Chatwork, this automation records the message and timestamp in a Google Sheet. This data is then used to track user satisfaction in Mixpanel by tracking events related to support ticket resolution.
Mixpanel + Chatwork + Slack: When a new event is tracked in Mixpanel, this automation checks for critical user drop-off points. If a critical drop-off point is detected, a message is sent to a designated Chatwork room. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to the team alerting them to the issue.
