Depending on your setup, data should flow between Chatwork and Mixpanel (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Chatwork and Mixpanel

Chatwork + Google Sheets + Mixpanel: When a new message is sent in Chatwork, this automation records the message and timestamp in a Google Sheet. This data is then used to track user satisfaction in Mixpanel by tracking events related to support ticket resolution.

Mixpanel + Chatwork + Slack: When a new event is tracked in Mixpanel, this automation checks for critical user drop-off points. If a critical drop-off point is detected, a message is sent to a designated Chatwork room. Subsequently, a Slack message is sent to the team alerting them to the issue.
