Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Freshdesk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Freshdesk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Freshdesk
Circle + Freshdesk + Slack: When a new post is created in a Circle community, the automation checks if it requires support attention. If it does, a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, and a notification is sent to the support team in Slack.
Freshdesk + Circle + Google Sheets: When a new support ticket is created in Freshdesk, the automation checks if it's related to a Circle community topic by searching for relevant keywords. If a match is found, the ticket details and topic are logged in a Google Sheet to track trends.
