Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Circle, PDFMonkey, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and PDFMonkey integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and PDFMonkey (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Circle and PDFMonkey
Circle + PDFMonkey + Google Drive: When a new post is created in a Circle community, a PDF document is generated using PDFMonkey based on the post content. This PDF document is then saved to a specified folder in Google Drive, creating an archive of community posts.
PDFMonkey + Circle + Slack: When a new PDF document is generated in PDFMonkey, this automation sends a notification to a specified channel in Slack. The notification includes the document name. It allows Circle community managers to stay informed about new documents created, potentially linked to Circle activities.
