Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Circle and Productboard integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Circle and Productboard (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Circle and Productboard

Circle + Productboard + Slack: When a new post is created in a Circle community, a note is added to Productboard. Then, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the team about the new feedback.

Productboard + Circle + Jira: When a new note is created in Productboard, it checks to see if there's an associated feature request within Circle. If so, a Jira ticket is automatically created to track development progress.
